Delivery Advice
Confidential , Discrete & Fast
All orders are discretely packaged in plain outer packaging (brown or white padded envelopes or boxes) with no company advertising or logos.There is a discrete return address on the front of the parcel under your address.
With 3 parcel collections each day, we believe we offer the best change of a speedy UK delivery available. Please advise us immediately of any address corrections, as we pick, pack and post orders fast to get the goods to you without delay.
All our UK deliveries are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Parcel Service unless customers select First class recorded, express delivery, or courier options at checkout.
If UK recorded service is selected then the parcel will be sent on a royal mail 1st class signed for service and a signature will be required. This service is a trackable service but is not a guarantee of next day delivery.
If Express UK Delivery is selected the the goods will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is the fastest royal mail service, and a signature will be required. This service is a trackable service. Orders need to be placed before 4pm on the express service to achieve next day working day delivery. Please note orders placed on Friday using express service may arrive Saturday but the Royal Mail does not guarantee this. If they are not delivered Saturday they should be delivered Monday usually before 1pm. (All orders recieved at week ends will dispatch Monday for express delivery tuesday)
Courier delivery is available for just £7.50 for UK mainland (excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Channel islands & Isle of Wight) Courier delivery is free over £250
Very large and bulky orders may be sent by courier if they are considered too large for Royal Mail collection
For time critical deliveries we offer our Express Delivery option at checkout on all products. This guarantees next working day delivery for orders dispatched during working hours. For orders placed over a weekend, this guarantees Tuesday delivery. For orders required urgently we are recommending this selection from as little as £5.50 per order. Our first class delivery remains Free on many home fertility products
UK Orders:
We aim to get your order into the next Royal Mail collection available after you order is received. This is not a guarantee of next working day delivery, please allow between 1 and 5 working days (as a guide) for UK delivery (and longer when seasonal pressures slow the Royal Mail service such as Christmas and over bank holidays).
There is the option to select Express Delivery at checkout which is then sent by the next available Royal Mail Special Delivery (please note a signature is required on all Express Delivery Service)
International Orders:
Delivery and Invoicing details must match for us to accept your order. Please give a landline telephone contact number for office hrs. Please allow up to 14 days for standard international delivery.
We only send to destinations offering (Internations parcel post Airsure) this is a trackable but non time guaranteed priorty service. Please allow between 3-7 days for delivery internationally by Airsure within Europe.10-14 days for all other areas.
Orders not received within 7 days for UK & 14 days for international should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your basket number and/or worldpay transaction number. e-mail customerservices@accessdiagnostics.co.uk
If your order is time critical please select the "Express Delivery" shipping option during the checkout process.
Most of our larger packs require a signature at delivery. The company reserve the right to select an insured or trackable delivery method for valuable orders
Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and checked, and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.
