The Customer Services Team are available by telephone for customer service enquiries & advice Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm. Telephone orders may be placed during these hours
If possible please place telephone orders before 4pm to allow us to process your order and get it dispatched as quickly as possible. Where possible please place order online as this allows the quickest and most efficient dispatch of your order.
At busy times or outside office hours we have an answer machine. Please leave a message and we will call you back. We aim to answer all your enquiries promptly
We do not use a call centre so when you phone you will speak to a member of our team.
